    The effect of the vibration on the optical equipment is analyzed. Aiming at the design of the vibration reduction for the optical devices,the concept of 3-DOF vibration reduction is proposed. The 3-DOF vibration reduction system has the ability of the vibration isolation buffer and the function of the angle vibration reduction suppression. The anti-vibration and anti-impact designs of 3-DOF vibration reduction system are calculated. The characteristic of the vibration reduction is verified by the bench test,which can meet the requirements of optical equipments.

    Based on SOPC (system on programmable chip),the hardware and software designs of the image processing system are introduced. The controller IP cores of the CMOS image sensor and VGA display are designed to acquire and display the images respectively. The algorithm of the image edge detection based on the Sobel arithmetic operators is used by the Nios II soft core. Using this system a good real-time performance can be obtained,and the software and hardware designs of image processing system are greatly simplified.

    A new storage measurement system based on the CPLD(complex programmable logic device) and FLASH MEMORY(large-capacity flash memory)is designed. The maximum sampling frequency of the system is 1 MHz,but the system can flexibly choose the variable sampling frequencies,such as 500 kHz and 250 kHz,and also has the functions of external and internal trigger. The results show that the system can effectively store the A/D data acquisition.

    According to the characteristic of the tested laser,the far-field laser spot measurement system based on CCD is designed. By setting the control parameters of CCD camera to acquire spot images accurately, functions include the image acquisition,display and storage are carried out,and the software of spot image analysis is programmed. The spot image processing,parameters calculation and 3D display of energy distribution are carried out.

    The two-dimensional laser galvanometer technology is widely used for the characters of high speed,high precision and good controllability. Due to the intrinsic geometric distortion on the scanning field, and linear,nonlinear and other errors of the system,the scanning quality of the laser galvanometer system is seriously affected in different application fields. The geometric distortion and various errors are profoundly analyzed about the pre-object and post-object scanning models,and the pertinence compensation methods are advanced too. Some views and suggestions are put forward,the correction methods are also conceived on the basis of the theoretical analysis about various errors.

    The response characteristics of the detector before and after the laser irradiation are compared. After the irradiation of a higher power but below the permanent damage threshold,for the response of the same signal outputs,the detection system changes greatly. The analysis shows that the detector is processed using the high density laser,the heat dissipation of the detection system is improved. The change of the detector performance before and after the pre-processing is analyzed and the experimental phenomena are explained. This work provides the reference for the design and processing technology of detector and the ability of anti-laser irradiation for the detection system.

    Starting with the basic theory of the coherent control photocurrent,namely the Kane energy band mode and the Golden transition rule,the distribution of the photo-induced carries in the momentum space is demonstrated under several phase differences between the two exciting paths. The physical substance of the co. herent control photocurrent is revealed,it is the result of the asymmetric distribution of the photo-carrier in mo. mentum space and its magnitude and direction are controlled by the phase difference of the exiting light fields. The experimental and theoretical progress on the coherent control photocurrent is reviewed.

    The cross-spectral density matrix of Gaussian Schell-model beams through the ABCD optical system is derived,and the variation of the spectral degree of polarization under this condition is given. A comparison between the cases of Gaussian Schell-model beams through the free space and focal optical system is studied. The study shows that the spectral degree of polarization will tend to the stable value after a long-propagation distance in free space,and the spectral degree of polarization has a sharp fluctuation at the position of focal plane in focal optical system. Both are related to the selection of light source parameters. In particular,the spectral degree of polarization at the position of focal plane equals the stable value of the spectral degree of polarization at the far field.

    The most theoretical calculational models have the disadvantages of having too many parameters and little practicability,the theory and method of the multivariate linear regression are introduced. The tempera. ture model of the vegetation is acquired by analyzing a set of testing data,and the model is calculated. By analyz. ing the calculated result and actual measured result,the result shows that the vegetation temperature is accurately estimated by the analysis of the multivariate linear regression,this offers a new idea to establish temperature cal. culational model of the vegetation.

    The foam can attenuate the electromagnetic radiation by scattering,reflection and absorption, this mechanism is discussed. The target discovery and identification probability of infrared thermal imager in the ideal and natural conditions are analyzed. Based on the conclusion and Lamber-Beer law,the mathematical model of the target discovery and identification probability of infrared thermal imager in the foam attenuation masking condition is established. The values are calculated by using Matlab simulation software. The conclusion shows that the target discovery and identification probability of infrared thermal imager are decreased,with increasing of foam thickness,and that is consistent with the experimental values.

    Surface plasmonics polaritons are waves that propagate along the metal-dielectric interfaces, caused by the collective oscillations of electron plasma in the metal induced by the external electromagnetic field. With the properties of sub-wavelength localization, near-field enhacement and novel dispertions, surface plamon polaritons play a significant role in nanophotonics. Plasmonic devices have the potential of integrating microelectronics and photonics in one chip beyond the diffraction limit. The basic principles of plasmonics, and their applications in optical waveguides, detectors, modulators and solar cells are discussed.

    The parameter design of every module including optical waveguide, mode splitter, acoustic waveguide and interdigital transducer is the key to the design of acoustic-optical tunable filter. The parameters of interdigital transducer are designed, and the design ideas of radio frequency drive circuit and matching circuit are put forward. Taking micro controller unit (MCU) AT89C52 as the master controller in circuit control system, the test result is obtained by a 158 MHz frequency synthesizer.

    In order to reduce the cost of silicon raw materials,thinner silicon wafers are used for crystalline silicon solar cells. Aluminum back-surface field passivation technique is more important for thinner solar cells PC1D method is used to model the aluminum back-surface field passivation technique of p-type monocrystalline silicon substrate 125×125 solar cells. The model results are analyzed. For a certain thickness solar cells,especially when the minority carrier diffusion length is greater than the thickness of silicon wafers,the back-surface recombination velocity is particularly important for efficiency. The efficiency will be increased with the increase of aluminum back-surface field junction depth,the decrease of back-surface recombination velocity and the increase of minority carrier lifetime. Aluminum back-surface field can improve the quality of the back-surface passivation,reduce the back-surface recombination velocity thus improve the efficiency of solar cells,which is commonly used for the commercial crystalline silicon solar cells.

    ZnS films are grown at 250 ℃ and 350℃ by pulsed laser deposition (PLD)on porous silicon (PS)substrates which are prepared by electrochemical anodization. X-ray diffraction (XRD)patterns show that ZnS films are grown in preferred orientation along -ZnS (111)direction. With higher growth temperature,the diffraction peak intensity of ZnS films is larger. Scanning electron microscope (SEM)images indicate that the surface of ZnS films grown at 250 ℃ is loose and unsmoothed which is attributed to the rough structure of PS substrate while the film surface becomes smooth and compact at 350 ℃ although some crystalline grains with apparent size appears. The photoluminescence (PL)spectra is measured at room temperature,the result shows that the self-activated luminescence of ZnS films grown at 350 ℃ is larger than that of 250 ℃,while the red light intensity of PS is lower than that of 250 ℃ along with the redshift of the peak position. Combining the blue,green emission from ZnS with the red emission from PS,a broad PL band in the visible region from 450 nm to 700 nm is obtained,and the ZnS/PS composites exhibit intense white light emission.

    A 3D model retrieval algorithm based on multi-view scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) feature is researched. By carrying on the multi-view projection of a 3D model,the omnidirectional 2D projection depth maps are obtained,from which SIFT features are extracted. Individual-k-means and Whole-k-means are used to establish the codebook for shape benchmark respectively. Using the feature quantization codebook,all the features are clustered and generated the histogram as the 3D model feature vector. The similarity matching of 3D model is realized by calculating Kullback-Leibler (KL) divergence according to the feature vector. Experiments show that the algorithm can be adequate to both articulated shapes and rigid shapes,and gain a better retrieval effect.

    According to the coding problem in the region of interest (ROI) for man-in-the-loop,a method of dynamic ROI coding is proposed,this method uses the characteristics of distortion-rate function and convex function. The different target bit-rates are set respectively for ROI and BG in the same layer. Every coding layer can control ROI and background bit-rate,so ROI can obtain the higher coding quality,the ROI and priority can be specified and modified during the coding process. The experimental result shows that the method meets the needs of ROI dynamic change during the remote control operation.

    By analyzing the weakness of the digital image processing in embedded systems and the advantage in Windows,a method of the image processing technology based on MiniGUI/Embedded is proposed. The software/hardware development platform and the development environment configuration about MiniGUI/Embedded are introduced. The design points about image processing system and the creation of the static or dynamic link library are expatiated. By drawing on the experience of the image processing technology in Windows and this technology is transplanted into MiniGUI embedded systems. The results show that this method of the image processing technology based on MiniGUI/Embedded is feasible and can get satisfied results.

    The data collected from the metro stray current monitoring system based on optical fiber sensing existed noise,which mainly included three aspects,such as the noise of sensing optical path system,the noise of photoelectric conversion and the noise of signal acquisition circuit. In order to eliminate efficiently those noises from the whole sensing system,the wavelet analysis is used to process signal-noise separation. The wavelet threshold denoising method is used,the threshold function is reasonably chosen and Daubechies wavelet is selected as a wavelet basis,which is used to eliminate the noise of current signal and stray current signal. The results show that the wavelet threshold denoising method can eliminate most of the noise,the curve is ideal after processing,and the accuracy of the measurement is ensured.

    Based on Visual Basic program language,MatLaser Database software is built up. The database is designed for laser resonator software MatLaser. Firstly,resonators are classified mainly by stable standing wave cavity,stable travelling wave cavity,unstable standing wave cavity,unstable travelling wave cavity, phase conjugate cavity and beam transmission. Secondly,resonators are classified by laser wavelength,work material,output power,laser working state,authors and references,etc. Meanwhile,the resonator layout in the references is also included into the software. A large amount of typical resonators are collected into the database software. Laser resonator designers can find the initial construct of the laser cavity through this database conveniently. The data can be exported in the form of the file and opened by the laser resonator software MatLaser to analyze and design to satisfy the application.

    The pixels of the different colors and same gray can be assorted easily,which can result in the quantization errors and impact the evaluation results,when the grayscale is quantified. Based on the HSV color space,combining with the visual characteristics of the human eye,the quantitative range of the color is determined and the color histogram suitable for the camouflage characteristics is established. The camouflage effectiveness of the target color characteristics is evaluated using the distance function. The experimental results show that the evaluation of the camouflage effectiveness using the improved quantitative color histogram can objectively evaluate the target and its background color characteristics,and evaluation results are consistent with the results of human eye. This quantitative color histogram can be used as a quantitative method for evaluating camouflage effectiveness of the target color characteristics.

    The basic principle and general process of the reliability accelerated testing (RAT) are introduced,the formation and development of the reliability testing technique are also introduced. The implementation plan of the reliability accelerated testing is proposed. The highly accelerated life testing (HATL) and highly accelerated stress screening (HASS) are discussed,their differences and implementation methods are described. The testing stress type,level and condition are explained,and the basic principle of the application is given. Some advice is given to the cooperative staffs and the establishment of the database.

    The combustion spectrums of single base,double base and modified double base propellants are measured with the whole-band radiometer in order to research the combustion performance. The combustion spectrums and radiation intensities of the visible light and near infrared are obtained by the test and calculation. The radiation intensity of modified double base propellant in near infrared region is lower than that of single base and double base propellant,so the combustion temperature of modified double propellant is lower and the ablation of the combustion for gun barrel decreases. It is suggested that the combustion spectrum can be used in identification of compositions.
