According to the characteristic of the tested laser，the far-field laser spot measurement system based on CCD is designed. By setting the control parameters of CCD camera to acquire spot images accurately， functions include the image acquisition，display and storage are carried out，and the software of spot image analysis is programmed. The spot image processing，parameters calculation and 3D display of energy distribution are carried out.
