    This paper presents a method of generation the cone wave by Com puter Generated Hologram (CGH). When the hologram is illuminated by a plane monochromatic wave, the centre of diffraction pattern of the hologram forms a straight line for alignment. In this paper the transmittanoe of cone wave as well as alignment precision and alignment distance are theoretically analyzed. The experimental results are given.

    By taking into account of the second-order ionization processes related to the absorption of an additional photon in the Fano model, we re-investigate the dynamics of intense laser-field induoed autoionization. Significant effects of these processes on the photoelectron spectrum are demonstrated in detail.

    Using large lattice spacing OHM crystal instrument, we obtained abundant X-ray spectrum of the dispersion order m = 1, 2, 3 which belong to Ne-, F-, O-like ione of Cu, Sa and the dispersion order m = 1,2,3,4 of He-, Li-like ions which belong to O, Al, Si, in the range of 14-40 A. Based on this result, we systematically analyse the various construction and physical character cf above spectrum.

    The method for obtaining ultrashort light pulse shape based on Fourier transform by measuring the third-and fourth- order correlation functions T3(τ), T4(τ) is presented The T3(τ) and T4(τ) of the pulse from apassi-vely mode-locked YAG laser is measured experimentally by means of optical kerr shutter. The effect of the symmetry of the pulse on the recovery of the pulse shape is also discussed.

    Strong stimulated radiations at wavelengths 3740 A have been observed when PbCl2 molecules are photodissociated by 2660 A ultraviolet laser. Dependences of these radiations on the pump laser intensity and PbCl2 molecular density have been studied experimentally. A theoretical model to describe these processes is put forward. These two raditions are identified as resonant laser radiation and stimulated Raman scattering originated from bhe population of the metastable level 6p23P2 of atomic Pb, which is produced by two-photon dissociation of PbCl. When molecular density of PbCl2 ig 6.21×l0 16cm-3, the maximum populations on the two metastable levels, 6p2 3P2 and 6p2 1D2 of atomic Pb are almost same, which equals 2.0×10 16 cm-3.

    This article summarizes the measuring methodes of lens refraction index and the drawback of them. We measure both the refraction index and dispersion of lens by encircling lateral shearing interferometer incorporated with a refraotometer. Tho attainable measurement accuracy, the measuring method of cemented doublet and the method of improving the sensitivity are discussed.

    In this paper, the Intensity function of reflected Fraunhofer diffraction by reflecting grating with right angle grooves has been derived in the cases of the normal incidence and unnormal incidence of rays and the ruled grooves deviated from right angles. The retrodiffraotion properties of the grating are also analysed and discussed according to the numerical results.

    In this paper, bhe relative gpectral sensitivity distributions [S(λ)r] of photoelectric detectors are classified and compared. On the basis of above considerations, a new method for measuring S(λ)r using the pyroeleotrio detecbor as the reference and the integrating sphere as the monoohromatio radiation receiver has been suggested and designed. Because of the advantages of system structure, guch error factors as polarization and nonuniformity of incident radiation, temperature drift of detectors and stray radiation are decreased significantly.

    Rigrous analysis for weakly-guiding inhomogeneous refractive index profile optical fiber shows that, while the gradient term can be included in soalrr wave equations of longitudinal field component, it must be neglected in the transverse field equations. Specific expressions of the effect of term on TM modes are obtained, hence bhe degeneracy between TM and TE modes is eliminated and the single-mode condition is clarified.

    This artical presents the high resolution study of several Q branches of acetylene in region of v5 band by means of a diode laser spectrometer. The Q branch of (2v4+ v5)I-2v4 band next to 725cm-1 has been observed for the first time. The (v4+v5) -v4 and 2v5-v5 Q branches have been investigated. Some effects of perturbation have been observed. The obtained lines have been least-squares fitted and molecular constants have been obtained.

    With a supersonic molecular beam and time-of-flight mass spectrometrically detecting system the multiphoton dissocia-tion and ionization mechanisms were separated by experimental measurement and analysis on ion peak structures and shape of the time-of-flight mass spectra. More extensive investigations on the mechanism of the ion-molecule reaction between Fe+ and Fe(CO)5 and its dependence on laser wavelength were done experimentally and theoretically.

    Absorption measurements performed by means of transverse photothermal deflection technique for wedge-shaped ZrO2, MgF2, ZnS, TiO2, Ta2O5 and SiO2 single-layer films at λ=6328 A permits a separation of bulk and interface absorption. Experimental results show that for ZrO2, MgF2 and ZnS films investigated, the film-substrate interface absorption and the air-film intterfaoe absorption are nearly the same, while for TiO2, Ta2O5 and SiO2 films, the film-substrate interface absorption dominates over the air-film interfaoe absorption, being the main source of tlie total a Sorption loss.

    It has been shown in this paper that the constant thickness ratio contours for the symmetric multilayers of (A2BA)m type are a series of circular arcs perpendicular to the real axis on the complex amplitude reflectance diagram for the layer A or B. Some of the CTR contours pass through the areas having drastic changes in reflectances. By taking the reflectance change sensitivity to the optical thickness into consideration, a level monitoring scheme for such multilayers with v=- 0.317 or -3.169 is chosen. When the starting reflectance of a precoated subsbrate is given, the monitoring terminationg for the individual layers in the basic layer periods, the monitoring wayelengtlig, as well as the exact oonstruobions of the multilayers are determined with the aid of the refleotanoe diagram technique. During this course, only very simple arithmetic calculations are involved. The measured spaotral trangmittanoe of two symmebric multilayers, produced by using the above monitoring scheme, are very good in accordance with the numerical resnlta of the designed ones.

    c-axig highly oriented crystallite films of AIN have been prepared on Si substrates by d. c. planar magnetron sputtering. The analysis for the infrared absorption spectrum indicated the frequencies of crygtal lattice longitudinal and transverse vibration modes being ag 2.5×1013Hz and 1.8×1013Hz. The optical phonons at 297, 512, 607, 656, 832cm-1 have been observed in Eaman spectrum of AIN thin filmg. The modes of these phonong were determined by comparision with those of the given binary compounds crysbalized wurtzite structure. Further analysis shows that A1N is a crystal with which interaction forces were mostly electrostatic in original and the highest frequency of the phonona was direobly proportional to r-3/2M-1/2.
