To promote the understanding of myopia prevention and control guidelines, to understand the relationship between study time and outdoor activity time and the degree of myopia, random sampling method was used to select 200 sixth-grade primary school students in Jiangning District of Nanjing City to conduct a questionnaire survey with five items. We also design relevant practical activities that are conducive to myopia prevention and control and carry out the design of two forms of myopia prevention and control activities. 52.5% of the 200 primary school students were myopia and long-term study time was probably a cause of myopia. The length of outdoor activities may have a certain impact on myopia. The longer the outdoor activities, the lower the degree of myopia. There is a certain proportion of myopia in primary and middle school students. According to the corresponding situation, a reasonable outdoor exercise time should be increased to cultivate students’ interest in outdoor activities, improve their enthusiasm for participating in outdoor activities, and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling myopia.
This study focuses on the impact of outdoor sports design on preschool children’s vision. A model kindergarten in downtown Shanghai was selected to investigate children’s eye habits and parents’myopia. The factors affecting children’s visual acuity were analyzed by single factor analysis. Parents’myopia was the main cause of vision problems in early childhood(P<0.001). Some outdoor exercise games were designed based on the eye muscle regulation mechanism to help improve children’s visual acuity, and were implemented in different age groups. The Snellen acuity chart examination and computer optometry refractive data were comprehensively analyzed. After the implementation of the exercise game, there was a significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P=0.012), and it was found that the effect was most obvious for children with potential visual risks, especially for middle and older children. This kind of sports game has a positive role, which is suitable for popularization in kindergartens and families.
Based on the analysis of the various development difficulties of the traditional optical center, this paper puts forward that the service object should be expanded, the service business should be diversified, the service should be refined, the service should be lifelong, and the service object and scope should be “from point to surface”, the reform thought of appraisal promotion and the concrete innovation of service measure implementation have been carried out. Then the paper mainly discusses the upgrading and implementing measures of visual health service related to optometry center. The measures include developing the public benefit of the optical center around large communities and schools, promoting eye-care through social media, launching a number of parent-child tours for visual health, science tours, and intelligent reform of the optical center.
To explore the application and effect of optometry assessment based on mini clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) scale and direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS) scale in comprehensive training, students of 2020 Optometry Major were selected as the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method. While the observation group adopted optometryassessment based on mini-CEX and DOPS, using assessment-feedback-improvement-reassessment teaching method. The test scores of students in both groups after the comprehensive training were higher than those before the comprehensive training, and the test scores of the observation group students were higher than those of the control group students (P<0.001).The students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching method of comprehensive training and thought that the comprehensive training was conducive to faster and better adaptation to the practice than those in the control group (P<0.05). The three-time assessment scores of the students in the observation group increased successively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The optometry assessment based on mini-CEX and DOPS can improve the teaching effect of comprehensive training significantly and make students adapt to the internship position faster.

This paper is based on the content of the optometry course to explore the relevant thinking and political elements, and initially explore the organic integration of thinking and political elements with the teaching of optometry, to impart knowledge and lead students to values in a silent way, and inspire students to aspire to become talented, reform and innovate, and serve the country with enthusiasm, to cultivate high-quality and highly capable talents for optometry industry.
Higher vocational education is the education that trains applied talents, which must be based on training base to realize its educational objectives. The off-campus practice training base of higher vocational college is a key component of its practical education systems, a primary path of school-enterprise cooperation and a practical learning and training platform for students to consolidate theoretical knowledge, to learn vocational skills and to improve comprehensive quality. This article discussed construction principles, paths, administration and management of off-campus practice training base on the basis of working experiences of Double High-levels Plan construction on School of Optometry, Tianjin Vocational Institute.
