    Photoelectric display glass substrate is an important component of liquid crystal glass. The main types of defects currently found in panel factories include scratch on the board, bad stains, etc. These defects will cause the plating film to fall off in panel factory. Photoelectric display glass substrate packaging is the last process of the production. We optimized the existing packaging method of photoelectric display glass substrate through the transformation of the existing gripper, to bring the ability to blow. So creasing of the paper can be avoided. The use of sensors to detect paper and PLC control to ensure the quality of packaging can improve the yield and the production efficiency.

    By improving the paper comb device of photoelectric display glass substrate and optimizing the material of the paper comb, the problems of inconvenient cleaning and high cost of damage and replacement of the paper comb in the daily production process are solved. At the same time, by changing the material of the paper comb, the abnormal production of the client caused by paper comb problems such as metal powder can be avoided.

    Combination with corroded situation of electric melting furnace throat refractories, the width and length design of throat was adjusted based on the quality, critical output and thermal conductivity of refractory. The flow rate of the throat is greater than the critical flow rate in glass electric melting furnace during one furnace service life, and the quality of the glass liquid will not be affected by backflow. According to the importance of different temperature and location of the surface layer of the cover brick in the throat, different quantities of cooling air are transported to cool the cover brick, so as to slow down the erosion speed of the cover brick. At the same time, when the cover plate brick is eroded to a certain extent, the second brick should be added to form a new cover plate of the throat, so that to prolong the service life of the throat and the electric glass furnace.

    Glass furnace is the main part of the high-temperature equipment used for melting glass. Many equipments are designed to locate around furnace, such as batch charger, electric electrode, throat tank and forehearth jacket which request water tank for temperature insulation or reduction. The paper introduces these water tanks respectively, in order to provide reference information for the profession.

    The bubble defects of glass products not only affect its performance, but also impact their appearance and application. These defects depend upon glass formula, batch ingredients, melting process, and also the improper operation in the spout system. In the paper, the spout system, preparation of orifice and the replacement of spout were discussed in detail, and then the bubble defects caused possibly by the improper operation was set forth from the view point of glass technology. Finally, the characteristics of common bubble defects in the feeding system were summarized, and the precautions and solutions were proposed for reference.

    The bottom flow hole of glass furnace is called throat in foreign countries, which shows the importance of the part. This paper introduces the design, calculation, structure, material, and operation status of the kind of throat without backflow. It was compared with the traditional throat. This throat has been applied in three glass furnaces with good results. The prospect of this throat was illustrated through the practical use of three glass furnaces.

    With the development and utilization of nuclear energy, more and more nuclear wastes are produced, especially high-level radioactive wastes. Safe and effective disposal is becoming more and more important. Vitrification is a safe and effective disposal method for high-level nuclear waste. According to the properties of vitrification of high-level nuclear waste, a special software SMARTDATA nuclear waste vitrification system was developed. It can design the composition and calculate the properties of glass and may provide basic technical support for the vitrification of nuclear waste glass in China.
