A prospective randomized double-blind experimental design was used to compare the wearing clarity, comfort, clear visual perception and adaptation time of two aspherical astigmatic lenses with different designs. A questionnaire was used to assess the subjective evaluation of clarity, comfort, perception of clear vision, and adaptation time at the beginning of wearing and after 1 week of wearing the lens. The paired t-test was used to compare the objective visual acuity of the two groups, and the paired rank sum test was used to compare the subjective evaluation of the two groups. In the objective evaluation, the RCC(Reverse Curvature Correction) group had better visual discrimination ability, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In the subjective evaluation, the scores of the RCC lenses were higher than those of the standard aspheric lenses, and the difference was statistically significant. In the evaluation of wearing comfort and glasses adaptation time, although the scores of RCC group were higher than those of standard aspheric group, the difference was not statistically significant. Compared with the traditional standard aspheric design, Reverse Curvature Correction design lenses can provide better wearing clarity, comfort and clear visual field while rapidly adjusting.

Patients with moderate myopia were divided into group A(?3.00 D≤subjective sphericity ≤?4.00 D) and group B(?4.00 D0.05), and there was a significant decrease compared to the baseline period (P<0.05). The amount of change in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Wearing NOR aspherical OK lenses in patients with moderate myopia can effectively improve UCDVA, reduce refractive power, and do not affect intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cells. The lens matching is really high, with fewer complications, and it is safe and reliable to use in conjunction with hydrogen peroxide care solution.

Visual function training is an effective and safe treatment for comitant esotropia, which can improve the symptoms and strabismus of patients, and enhance the grade 3 visual function. We evaluated the effects of visual function training on strabismus, fusion range, and stereopsis in a patient with comitant esotropia in late pregnancy by treating her with refractive full correction and in?hospital visual function training. After 8 sessions of visual function training, the patient's binocular accommodation, simultaneous perception, fusional realm, and stereoscopic vision were basically normalized in the hospital, and the treatment has achieved good results. Due to the small number of comitant esotropia cases and the short treatment observation time in our hospital, further experience in the treatment of comitant esotropia should be summarized.

Microlens structure lenses for prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents have many kinds of products, but there is no standard for quality inspection of these lenses . Based on some enterprise microlens structure lens detection related process. the detection methods of lens appearance, impact resistance, film fastness, film wear resistance, thermal stability, UV aging, light transmittance analysis, edge grinder testing and other items were studied, and the common quality inspection standards of microlens structure lenses were discussed. The purpose was to urge manufacturers to improve the quality inspection of microlens structure lenses, and to provide reliable basis for the industry to issue relevant standards and market supervision.
