The coated glass substrates were prepared by dipping these substrates into the solutions from sol-gel method with four template agents and heat treatments. Comparison of light transmittance of uncoated and coated glass substrates, the experimental results show that the glass substrate with P65 template agent has the highest peak and average light transmittance within the optical wavelength range of 400 nm to 800 nm. The most suitable lifting speed, temperate ure and time of heat treatment for the glass substrate is 40 mm/min, 500 ℃and 10 min, respectively. The surface of coating prepared under the optimization conditions is smooth by means of AFM. The glass substrate also shows a better hardness according to Adhesion Test Procedure.

Coating is an effective method to obtain functional glass by surface modification. In this paper, a high-orientation silver nanowire film on glass surface was prepared by pulling technique. The influence of different silver nanowire content and pulling rate on the optical properties of glass, such as transmittance and extinction ratio, were studied by UV visible spectrophotometer and ultra depth of field 3D video microscope. The results show that the extinction ratio of silver nanowire thin film glass reaches 24.2 dB at 530 nm when the fraction of mass of silver nanowires is 2% and the pulling rate is 20 mm/min, and the extinction ratio reaches more than 20 dB in the wavelength range of 500 nm to 1 050 nm. Hence the overall polarization performance of the glass is the best. This approach promises to provide a low-cost fabrication method for the large-scale assembly of functional nanoscale electronic and photonic structures.

Astigmatism can lead to reduced vision, visual fatigue and affect visual quality, the inability to tolerate the visual impact caused by residual astigmatism is an important factor for many patients to abandon the wearing of spherical soft contact lenses. Wearing a soft contact lens with a toric design can improve the visual experience of patients. This study was conducted by comparing G&G POP·CT and Aijue NT38 in correcting visual acuity, residual diopter, fitting status, safety, wearing comfort, visual symptoms, patient satisfaction and other aspects to verify the clinical effect of toric soft contact lenses.

Optical glasses with defocus design, which can reduce eye axial length growth and control the progression of myopia, is a common optical correction method for children and adolescents with myopia. In order to further standardize the design of optical defocus lens and ensure the myopic control effect that the lens might achieve, Shanghai Eye Disease Prevention and Treatment Center(Shanghai Eye Hospital), Shanghai Glasses Industry Association and Shanghai Medical Association Optometry Branch have put forward this guideline together as reference for optical industry practitioners, ophthalmologists and optometrist.

According to the calculation formula in 6.8 of GB/T 39552.2-2020 Sunglasses and sunglare filters-Part 2: Test Methods, this work changes the test method and wavelength interval to test the anti-reflective properties of various sunglare filter samples with the same kind of anti-reflection coating on the market, and further analyze the test results. The results show that spectrophotometers and fibre optic spectrometers are equivalent substitutes when testing sunglare filters for double surface reflectance reduction; when testing sunglare filters for single-sided reflectance reduction, the outer surface of the sunglare filters needs to be matted (blackened) before testing if a spectrophotometer is used; if a fibre optic spectrometer is used, the sunglare filters can be tested directly.

To investigate the effect of amblyopia training combined with comprehensive training of accommodation on the treatment of mild to moderate refractive amblyopia,a retrospective study was used to select 83 patients (117 eyes) with refractive amblyopia who underwent amblyopia training combined with comprehensive training of accommodation in our hospital, all of whom could exclude ocular organic pathology and underwent personalized amblyopia training in our hospital. The training included fine, stimulation, posterior image, red light and other optical stimulation training. When the corrected visual acuity of the amblyopic eyes was raised to 0.4 DS and above, adjustment training was added to the amblyopia training, and the training included lens reading, reversal beat, alphabet, etc. The changes of corrected visual acuity before and after the training were observed. SPSS19 software was used to analyze the data, which was normally distributed, so paired t-test was used for statistical analysis. Results showed that patients were aged 4~18 years, with refractive error of +8.00 to +2.25 DS. After 1~2 months of amblyopia training combined with comprehensive training of accommodation, all patients (binocular refractive error amblyopia t=-19.756, p<0.001 and refractive reference amblyopia t=-18.442, p<0.001) had improved corrected distance visual acuity, and the differences were statistically significant. The conclusion can be drawn that amblyopia training combined with comprehensive training of accommodation is still effective in patients with mild to moderate refractive amblyopia.

The expenditure of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, “Education, science and technology, and talents are the basic and strategic support for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way”. College student associations are an important carrier of college culture. Liangtong Public Welfare Association of Yongzhou Vocational and Technical College is an association established by the college's optometry technology professional organization. Through association activities and voluntary services, it has formed a good brand effect and can help teachers and students grow together.
