Influence of Template Agents and Process Conditions on the Light Transmittance of Anti-reflective Coating Glasses
The coated glass substrates were prepared by dipping these substrates into the solutions from sol-gel method with four template agents and heat treatments. Comparison of light transmittance of uncoated and coated glass substrates, the experimental results show that the glass substrate with P65 template agent has the highest peak and average light transmittance within the optical wavelength range of 400 nm to 800 nm. The most suitable lifting speed, temperate ure and time of heat treatment for the glass substrate is 40 mm/min, 500 ℃and 10 min, respectively. The surface of coating prepared under the optimization conditions is smooth by means of AFM. The glass substrate also shows a better hardness according to Adhesion Test Procedure.
