    The effects of photochromic dye concentration,spin-coated white material dosage and color-changing layer thickness on the color-changing performance were explored during the preparation of coated color-changing resin lenses. Taking the lens foundation color,photochromic depth and fading performance as indicators,it was found that the factors affecting the discoloration performance were dye concentration,white material dosage and coating thickness from large to small,among which the dye concentration had the most significant effect,and the increase of white material dosage was beneficial to all aspects of discoloration performance,and the dye concentration of 30%,the amount of white material 80% and the coating thickness of 10 μm were the preparation process parameters with the best comprehensive properties by orthogonal test. Under the preparation conditions,the light transmittance in the faded state was 93.4%,the light transmittance in the discolored state was 6.9%,and the semi-vision recovery time was 165.0 s.

    The current situation of employment psychology of students majoring in higher vocational optometry technology was explored,existing problems were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that the students majoring in optometry technology have a certain degree of employment psychology problems in the employment process,mainly manifesting in the employment psychological pressure,high employment expectation,low professional identity,unclear career planning and other aspects. In order to alleviate these psychological problems,a series of countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,including strengthening career planning education,practice teaching and skills training,psychological counseling and employment guidance and expand employment channels. It was look forward to improve the psychological quality of optometry students,help optometry technology students better adapt to the job market,and improve the employment rate.

    During the research of the optometry technology major of connection between secondary and higher vocational education in Wenzhou,it was found that there were several issues such as repetitive course content,inverted practical skills training,low cultural literacy of students,and chaotic practical teaching arrangements.In order to promote the comprehensive development of integrated vocational education and ensure that the teaching requirements of the integrated vocational education at different stages are met,it was proposed to adjust the training objectives,curriculum system,course standards,and strengthen practical teaching to improve the quality of talent training in ophthalmic optometry technology.

    The course of Optometry Technology is the core curriculum of the Ophthalmic Optics Technology major,teaching content corresponding to the vocational skill level certificate of optical dispensers. The modularized course construction of Optometry Technology adopts a dual-development approach through schoolenterprise cooperation,creating a teaching system that builds three supports,integrates four elements,and incorporates five aspects. The teaching process follows a clear task,task analysis,task implementation,task evaluation,and reflective improvement,forming a closed-loop teaching cycle and achieving the integration of position,course,competition,and certificate. Additionally,the course has implemented Three-wide Education requirements,organically integrating ideological and political elements,in order to achieve the harmony of teaching and educating,and unify preaching,teaching,and solving doubts.

    Practical teaching is an important part of the teaching of optometry technology in higher vocational colleges. In order to solve the problem of insufficient comprehensive practical ability of cultivating talents,ideological and political education was integrated into practical teaching and vision examination was taken as an example. The case design of ideological and political teaching in the course of “Three-teacher Co-construction and Three-stage Education” from the perspective of situational learning was put forward. It provided reference for the practical teaching of optometry technology.

    With the continuous rise of myopia,the prevention and control of myopia has become a hot spot in the field of ophthalmology. A large number of clinical studies and experiments have confirmed that atropine has significant clinical significance in the prevention and control of myopia in children. Atropine eye drops are still the only drugs that can effectively delay the progression of myopia verified by evidence-based medicine.However,the mechanism of action of atropine is not very clear,and there are large individual differences in drug efficacy and adverse reactions. The related clinical experimental studies of atropine in recent years was combined,and the mechanism of myopia prevention and control of atropine,drug concentration efficacy,adverse reactions and so on were summarized
