    The output stability and life of laser devices are directly affected by the performances of diode laser drivers. A design method of 100 W high-power fiber coupled diode laser module driver is described under 40 ℃ high-temperature environment, which includes the design of constant-current sources, a temperature controller with TEC double directions, corresponding MCU controllers and protection circuits. The following functions of diode laser driver are obtained, i.e. the output current can be continuously adjusted from 0 A to 45 A, the current control accuracy is better than 1%, the range of temperature control is +15 ℃~+35 ℃ and temperature control precision is 0.5 ℃.

    A high-speed data acquisition system using CPLD as an acquisition control unit is designed. CPLD is used to control the time sequence of serial AD and serial ferroelectric memory in the system. And CPLD is helpful to perform logic control and time sequence coordination on single chip C8051F020. The system has the characteristics of 2 MHZ sampling frequency, 12-bits sampling precision, small volume and low power dissipation. The design is applied in experimental test successfully and its performance and indexes are both better than application requirements.

    The constructing method of a test system for target tracking algorithm is presented. The 3D digital simulation model of the target and the background is created using Multigen Creator. The simulation scene is contructed using digital simulation model in Vega scene simulation and the distributed simulation test system is realized using HLA.

    Output power and slop efficiency are two important parameters of fiber laser output characteristics, which presents the light to light transfer characteristic of fiber laser. Parameters of double cladding DBR doped Yttrium laser influenced on the laser output characteristics are numerically simulated by matlab. The relationship among fiber length, cavity mirrors reflectivity and laser output characteristics are obtained. And optimization scheme of laser parameter selection is proposed.

    Based on the principle of diffraction for circular aperture, a comparison of characteristic between Fresnel diffraction and Fraunhofer diffraction is made. Integrating with light-intensity Airy disc distributing char. acteristic of Fraunhofer diffraction, a measurement method of laser beam divergence angle based on Fraunhofer diffraction is proposed. By collecting, analyzing and disposing far-field laser facula on the basis of arranging la. ser target, the real test values of laser beam divergence angle are gained. The test result shows that more precision can be got with the method. And the factors influencing on measuring precision are analyzed. The method will af. ford a scientific guidance for laser parameter outfield measurement.

    Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy can be used to detect the effective content of heavy metal ions in soil. The basic principle of emission spectrum from excited plasma is summarized. And the experiment apparatus are designed. A semiconductor solid state laser is used as an excitation light source and a spectrometer is used as a receiver. The spectrum lines of metal ions in selected soil are obtained. Compared with spectrum line graphs of standard metal ions, the content of heavy metal ions in soil is obtained. Whether the soil is polluted or not is determined. The experiments prove that the method is feasible to be used in soil detection.

    Two methods are proposed to decrease the bending loss of 19-core and 37-core large mode area fibers. The first approach is to introduce a ring of air holes around the cores. The second approach is to introduce cladding lays with the lower refractive index. The numerical simulation shows that there is a critical bend radius in the multi-core fibers and the variation of bending loss is small when the bend radius is bigger than the critical radius. But the bending loss increases sharply when the bend radius is smaller than the critical radius. In the cases of 19-core and 37-core fibers with air holes, the critical radius both decreases from 35 mm to 4 mm with mode field area of 516 μm2 and 920 μm2. The critical bend radius of the 19-core and 37-core fiber both decreases from 35 mm to 4 mm with three or more claddings of the low refractive index.

    The contact resistance between a metal electrode and silicon is one of the important factors which influence solar cell fill factor, short circuit current and electro-optic conversion efficiency. By optimizing the sintering technique of crystal silicon solar cell, the platform-based sintering temperature curve with steep is replaced by the sintering temperature curve. The Core Scan method is used to test the contact resistance Rc between sintering silver electrode of crystal silicon solar cell and silicon before and after technique optimizing process. And IV characteristic battery plate is tested before and after technique optimizing process. The test results show that the optimized sintering technique can reduce the contact resistance between silver electrode and silicon. So electro-optic conversion efficiency of solar cell is improved. The platform-based sintering temperature curve is much more suitable for high efficiency shallow junction silicon cell structure.

    A new slow light waveguide structure of one-dimension photonic crystal is designed. Special design is performed on one side of common waveguide in order to have periodic structure. And special dispersion relationship is gained so as to obtain slow light effect. Based on Maxwell equation and Plane wave expansion (PWE) method, dispersion relationships of slow light waveguide of photonic crystal are analyzed. Waveguide mode and relative slow light frequency are obtained. And Finite-differential time-domain (FDTD) method is used to simulate pulses transmission in waveguide and the effect of slow light is demonstrated.

    According to the characteristics of medicine bottle labels, a method of character positioning which combines mathematical morphology with projective characteristics is provided. According to the method, firstly, the images of the medicine bottle labels are preprocessed so as to reduce the distortion extent of characters caused by cylindrical surfaces and the processed images will be performed binary and edge detection etc. Secondly, the images are performed mathematical morphology process many times to be divided into several connecting regions. According to the prior knowledge and contour tracking scheme, the characters area can be got. Finally, the images can be segmented into three separate characters by the level projection and image segmentation method. The accurate positioning of target characters is completed so as to segment and recognize succeeding single character. The experiment results show that the method is effective on the medicine bottle label position.

    Influenced by many factors, the near-infrared star images have a low SNR. And the background is always non-uniform, it brings great difficulties in the process of picking up near-infrared star target. According to theoretical calculation, near-infrared star images taken in actual daytime have a very low SNR, star targets can not be picked up by common filtering method. Morphology algorithm is excellent to deal with star images. Firstly, the size of targets and noise are analyzed, the structure elements with bigger size are chosen. Based on assembled opening operation and top-hat transformation, the background is picked up and the images which only have targets and noise are got. Then the sizes of structure elements are changed in order to remove the noise and segment the targets. The experiment shows that star target can be perfectly separated.

    Aimed at the segmentation between the sea and the land in remote sensing images and the question of the extraction of the coastline, a new method is proposed. Firstly, the existed methods are analyzed and the limitations and shortcomings are determined. Then the most basic methods are adopted such as threshold segmentation and edge detection technology. Enlightened by the basic method, an edge-search method and a threshold segmentation method are proposed. Experimental results show that they are effective on segmentation between the sea and the land and the extraction of the coastline. Finally, segmentation between the sea and the land and the extraction of the coastline are realized.

    In view of the problem that image acquisition process is susceptible to noise interference, several common algorithms of image noise reduction process such as neighborhood averaging method, median filtering method and averages filtering between images are introduced. The advantages, disadvantages and application areas of these are described separately. An image noise reduction algorithm of wavelet threshold based on smooth filtering is proposed. In this method, median filtering method and wavelet threshold method are combined to perform smoothing image process. The experiment results show that this method is not only of advantage to image algorithms, but also to reserve the edge information, which improves the visual effect of images and restores the primary images as well.

    Based on formula L commonly used at intersection measurement in ranges and combined with the law of error transfer, measurement error formula of the position of a target is obtained. Then four different stations are set up with an ideal flight path as measuring. The error curves of measurement results with double intersection mode from different measurement stations can respectively obtained. Five basic statuses such as the intersection result of double stations at different positions, comparisons of them etc. are analyzed and compared in detail. The measurement result of double stations intersection is influenced by station distribution. It’s the important reference value to station distribution of theodolites in actual engineering application.

    The performance of electro-optical detection system is affected by the design of electro-optical circuit. The performance of electro-optical detection circuit is simulated based on PSpice EDA software. The PSpice model of photodiode, the characteristics of time domain, frequency domain and noise are analyzed. According to the parameter scanning function of PSpice software, the circuit parameters are optimized. Based on the noise analysis function of PSpice software, NEP and post-stage circuit design parameters of the system are calculated.

    The technology of fluorescence excited by ultraviolet is used for the study of fluorescence spec. trum and quantitative methods of nitrocellulose. Firstly, fluorescence analysis process is implemented on the nitro. cellulose in the solution of acetone. The fluorescence spectrum of nitrocellulose excited by ultraviolet is obtained through three-dimensional scanning technology. So the wavelength of excitation and emission are 355.0 nm and 354.5 nm respectively at the maximum fluorescence relative intensity. Then the fluorescence relative intensities of nitrocellulose in acetone with different concentrations are measured under the condition of 354.5 nm emission wavelength. So the quantitative method of nitrocellulose is determined through the linear regress of the experi. ment result.
