    According to the characteristics of the UV communication signals in free space near surface layer, based on the modulation methods of UV signals, the frequency-choosing characteristics and specifications of ampli. fiers are proposed. Based on the predetermined specifications, frequency-choosing circuits and three -level amplifi. cation circuits are designed. The overall characteristic curves can meet the requirements of actual application for gains modulation circuits, which can perform gain compensation and gain trimming. The simulation results by Multi. sim shows that: the amplifier has continuously adjustable gains magnification between 10 000~100 000 at the cen. ter frequency of 30 kHz and 50 kHz. And the bandwidth near center frequency is about 2 kHz, the equivalent input noise voltage is ≤ 5 nV/Hz @30 kHz、50 kHz. The amplifier is more suitable for magnifying weak UV signals near surface layer for using low-noise apparatus, which provides certain reference value for actual application.

    The servo control system based on DSP and FPGA can meet the requirements of complex controlling arithmetic. By analyzing the functions and features of DSP chip from ALTERA Co. and FPGA chip from FPGA Co. and integrating the communication between CAN bus and upper computer, a tracking controller is designed based on DSP, FPGA and CAN bus. And its function and hardware structure as well as software flow design are described. Its hardware source selection, operation principle, basic function module construction and algorithm realization modes are emphasized. The controller can meet the requirements of high-speed tracking servo system on the areas of real time, accuracy and stability and has good functional extendibility.

    In areas of high-precision position tracking and the quality improvement of servo system, traditional PID control has shown a lot of defects. The control interference and measure noise from the system deeply affect the tracking accuracy of servo system. According to the control problems of controlled targets in actual operation, the traditional PID control algorithm is improved. A control method which combines a repetition control compensation PID with a Kalman filter with feedforward compensation is proposed. By stimulation experiments testing, the control method can be used to track periodic input signals and has good suppression random disturbances and robustness.

    In order to recognize Newton’s ringlike stripes more deeply, the width formulas of Newton’s ringlike stripes are derived. When refractive index N increases, the distances between the adjacent bright and dark stripes all decrease, and the reason is analyzed. The width differences between the same level bright and dark stripes corresponding to the same wavelength are studied. The law that the widths of bright and dark stripes will decrease with the increasing of the series k is proved. Two kinds of the data processing methods of double wavelengths when the curvature radius R of a plano-convex lens is measured by a sodium-vapor light are compared. And the issue how the visibility of stripes is influenced by a sodium-vapor light is discussed. Finally, the result that the corresponding series k is a function of the curvature radius R of a planoconvex lens is pointed out.

    A portable attendance system composed of an IC card, an attendance machine, a USB flash disk and a host computer has been designed and manufactured. And the effective management on experiment courses and opening laboratories are realized. The design process of hardware and software of the attendance machine of the sys. tem is finished. And the software design of a host computer is completed. The system is easy to be used and has good effect. And it has wide applicability and good scalability.

    The pulse Nd:YAG laser whose wavelength is 1.06 μm and the single pulse energy is about 500 mJ is focused by a lens with 300 mm focal length. So the laser energy density leaps at the focus and it leads to atom ionization phenomena. At the phenomenon of laser scattering with the same wavelength and multi-spectral electromagnetic radiation, the distributions of spacial spectrums are detected. And the spacial distribution states of pulse laser with 1.06 μm scattered by plasma in the atmosphere are obtained. The scattering states are measured and analyzed by HR4000 spectrometer. According to the simulation calculation of a computer, the directional pictures of the laser with 1.06 μm wavelength from plasmas scattering are obtained. Based on Mie theory, the relationship between the scattering angle and scattering intensity of the pulse laser with 1.06 μm incident wavelength is explained.

    The performance of laser detecting system is influenced by the design of photoelectric detecting cir. cuit. According to time domain characteristic, the design of narrow pulse laser detecting circuits are analyzed in de. tail, which include the affection of the photodiode bias voltage on detecting circuit and the affection of photocurrent conversion mode on signal bandwidth. In order to improve the SNR of laser detecting system, the optimization methods of bandwidth design for amplification circuits and compesation circuits are presented. The parameters de. sign bases of preamplifier stage circuits for narrow pulse laser detectors are provided. And optimization and design methods of detecting circuits are introduced in detail. Effective design methods are provided for the design of photo. electric detecting circuits.

    A one-dimensional photonic crystal mode based on TiO2/SiO2 multilayer films with defect state is designed. The properties of the defect mode dependent on the numbers of base layer cycle, defect layer locations, optical thicknesses, and materials have been theoretically and systematically studied by simulation using the FDTD (Finite Difference Time Domain) method. The results show that the transmittance and width of the defect mode are greatly related with the numbers of base layer cycle, the defect layer locations and the materials, while the location of center wavelength only depends on the optical thickness of the defect layer.

    The new pre-cleaning process which uses hydrogen peroxide, low-concentration lye and ultrasonic before texturing is introduced. Compared with conventional pre-cleaning process, the new pre-cleaning process avoids the phenomenon of float-basket during production process, improves the cleanliness of the wafer surface and reduces the micro-roughness of the wafer surface. Observed through SEM after pre-cleaning, the texture surface size of the pyramid is small and uniform and the reflectivity also decreases. The monocrystal silicon wafer after new pre-cleaning texture process increases the absorption of incident light and helps to improve the short-circuit current and the conversion efficiency of cells.

    The twin-core fiber is a crucial passive optical devices, it has played an irreplaceable role in the areas of the optical communication and optical sensing. Firstly, the structure, classification and the latest manufacturing technique of present fibers are introduced. And according to the special structure characteristic of twin-core fibers and the spectrum characteristic causing by the coupling characteristic between two cores, the application of twin-core fiber in the area of fiber sensing and optical communication are described. Lastly, the hot words corresponding to two-core fiber over the past decade are showed by the data knowledge platform. And the development trends and prospects of the twin-core fiber in future 10 years are analyzed.

    According to noise jamming existing in ultraviolet imaging process, typical UV imaging system are researched for acquiring high quality UV images and inspecting targets accurately. The reasons that noise jamming exists in ultraviolet imaging process are analyzed. The scene models of ultraviolet targets are established. Based on this, the restoration methods of ultraviolet images are researched. Single image is performed threshold processing so as to cut out background noise. Then multi-frame continuous images are performed average processing and time-recursive filtering. Better image output is got after threshold segmentation process. Based on output results of images, the random noise from ultraviolet images can be removed effectively by multi-frame image average processing and time-recursive filtering. Especially the method of time-recursive filtering has better effect on image restoration.

    The basic principle, hardware and software structure of the super spectral imaging detecting equipment are introduced. MorphisQXT video grabbing card from Matrox Co. is used to process super spectral imaging data. The system structure and corresponding functions of MIL Lite 8.0 program library are introduced in detail. Under VC++6.0 exploitation environment, fake real time process method of asynchronism double buffer storage is adopted. So image dynamic collection is realized. The images are spliced and added colors. And the function of distinguishing real targets from false targets of super spectral detecting equipment is implemented directly. The experimental results show that MorphisQXT video grabbing card has the ability of collecting large numbers of data in real time.

    A kind of gesture recognition algorithm of image processing based on 3D Kinect is proposed. The dynamic gesture recognition algorithm is performed by skeleton images and depth images. At first, two skeleton points which are nearest to hands are choosen from 20 skeleton points in a skeleton image. The process of tracking hands is performed by tracking the positions of the two skeleton points. Then the dynamic gesture recognition process is realized by the change of depths of hands (the distance between a hand and a camera).

    Virtually-imaged phased array (VIPA) is an optical element with a large angular dispersion which can be used to make optical filters with high resolution and dispersion compensators. 2D spectral imaging can be achieved by a combining VIPA with a diffraction grating, which is a great improvement in spectral processing area. According to 2D imaging principle, the newest application of VIPA is introduced in detail, such as it can be used to develop optical filters with high resolution and high signal noise ratio and perform complicated 2D spectral process and spectral imaging.

    Based on the requirements of photoelectric equipment chassis module lock body loads and boundary conditions, according to the minimum weight principle on the lock body and the actual operation conditions, relative parameters of the lock body are optimum simulated. The relevant parameters setting of the block body is given by UG NX7.0 finite element software. The weights and the driving dimension of sketch drawings are iteratively calculated by the software. The results trend to convergence. And the minimum weight of a block body is got on the condition of certain strength and stiffness. The requirement of equipment weight loss is met through analysis and calculation and the optimized design reference are provided to system and other parts.

    The measurement principles and imaging methods of shearing speckles are introduced in detail. The common shearing imaging modes are discussed in detail and the characteristics of several basic loading methods are discussed and analyzed. The technology has been used in the areas of strain analysis, non-destructive testing and vibration testing etc. widely for the merits of high precision, non-contact, directly measuring strain and insensitivity against ambient noise. The application in the area of non-destructive testing and relative characteristics and advantages of DSSPI are emphasized.

The process used in the important sealing-in process is preliminarily analyzed, merits and demerits of various kinds of sealing-in modes are listed and the new process of calotte sealing-in mode and improvement method of molybdenum foil sealing-in mode are introduced. So on the basis of present technology, the sealing-in technology of light source is improved and relative reliability specifications of products such as vacuum-tightness, heat stability and mechanism strength etc. and operation lifetime are improved gradually.
