Now the infrared camera test system in China is mainly imported abroad which is expensive, and it has long stock period. It is also difficult to be maintained. The infrared camera-test system is developed using the T-type abaxial refraction-reflect collimator which reduces the effect of the ambient infrared radiation. The random noise is decreased by multiple-frame averaging. The effect of focal length change of the collimator with ambient temperature change is cut down by the integrative mechanical structure base of the blackbody, the target wheel and the collimator. The test accuracy is improved. The infrared test software has a universal infrastructure and module programming which implies good expansibility. Comparing the test result of the system with that of the infrared camera test system imported from the United States, the NETD difference of the infrared camera is less than 20%. The test procedure and configuration can be automated which improve the test efficiency greatly. It has the lower cost, the high performance of the similar product abroad and high performance-cost ratio with good market value.
