      Icebreaker 7适用于北冰洋沿岸航道的破冰作业,冬季/春季航行冰厚度可达2.0 m,夏季/秋季航行可达2.5 m;或在非北极冰区海域和北冰洋河流入海口的破冰作业,冰厚度可达2.0 m;在未破碎海冰中的连续破冰能力可达1.5 m,轴输出总功率应不低于11 MW
