      M-41 mL HF+0.5 mL HNO3, 150 ℃加热至湿干状态去除硅
      1 mL H2O2+0.5 mL HNO3, 100 ℃加盖加热约2 h后蒸干去除有机质
      1 mL HF+1 mL HNO3+0.5 mL HCl, 150 ℃加盖加热约6 h后开盖蒸干消解待测元素至试液
      M-51 mL HF+0.5 mL HNO3, 150 ℃加热至湿干状态称取样品为烧失后的样品, 去除硅
      1 mL HF+1 mL HNO3, 150 ℃加盖加热约6 h后开盖蒸干消解待测元素至试液
