Influence of heterojunction interface energy gap grade width on characterictic temperature T0 of DH lasers
In this paper we propose a new concept of heterojunction effective energy gap barrier, and suppose that the relation between heterojunction effective energy gap barrier and heterojunction nominal energy gap barrier is given byIt can explain some experimental results and contradiction in articles.
