High Duty-cycle High Power Semiconductor Laser Array
High duty-cycle high power 1 cm-bar laser array has been gained. The duty-cycle achieves 20%. The output power is up to 61.8 W at 70 A. The threshold current density J_ th is 220 A/cm 2 and the slope efficiency η_s is 1.1 W/A. The laser wavelength is 808.2 nm.
