The thickness of the MoS₂ nanoflakes was found to be 90 nm and 2 μm,respectively,while the surface area was determined to be 2 μm × 2 μm,4 μm × 4 μm,and 6 μm × 6 μm. The external voltage was 5 V and 10 V at a frequency of 60 Hz.
