Dual-polarization programmable metasurface modulator for near-field information encoding and transmission

By controlling the states of the SPDT switches, the metasurface with double-sided metallic patterns can realize four linearly polarized states (X-to-X, X-to-Y, Y-to-X, and Y-to-Y) and perfect reflection.
