      Step 5通过偏移算子O,获得去除加性噪声后的多重分形谱f̑hh
      Step 6通过f̑hhx,y进行逐像素乘法获得稀疏梯度集f̂x,f̂y
      Step 7使用欧拉-拉格朗日法与傅里叶逆变换获得去噪图像信号
      Step 8利用小波重构获得去噪图像ĝg
