Step 1	输入含噪图像 $f$
Step 2	利用 $d b 4$ 小波分解图像信号，获得小波系数集 $\{a_{k}^{j}\}$
Step 3	利用小波半软阈值指数衰减阈值法对低频信号进行去噪处理，获得修正小波系数集 $\{{\overset{̑}{a}}_{k}^{j}\}$
Step 4	通过 $\{{\overset{̑}{a}}_{k}^{j}\}$ 与多重分形理论获得多重分形谱 $f_{h} (h)$ 与 $x, y$ 方向的方向梯度 $\nabla x, \nabla y$
Step 5	通过偏移算子 $O$ ，获得去除加性噪声后的多重分形谱 ${\overset{̑}{f}}_{h} (h)$
Step 6	通过 ${\overset{̑}{f}}_{h} (h)$ 与 $\nabla x, \nabla y$ 进行逐像素乘法获得稀疏梯度集 $\{{\hat{f}}_{x}, {\hat{f}}_{y}\}$
Step 7	使用欧拉-拉格朗日法与傅里叶逆变换获得去噪图像信号
Step 8	利用小波重构获得去噪图像 $\hat{g} ≃ g$
