      硬件名硬件参数
      压电陶瓷纳米定位器输入电压范围为−20~100 V,输出位移最大 为115 μm,内置高分辨率电容传感器
      上位机高性能计算机,并装有MATLAB 2018b及ControlDesk
      dSPACE及转接板装置DS2103中的MUX_DAC模块将Simulink 输入的±1转化成±10 V的电压输出信号,DS2002中的MUX_ADC模块将输入的 ±10 V的电压信号转换成±1的Simulink输出
      电压放大器输入电压范围为−2~120 V 输出电压范围为−30~130 V
      信号监视器将压电定位器产生的位移信号转换成 0~10 V电压信号
