      符号描述符号描述
      NAAU-ONU表示1组AAU-ONU节点,每个元素a∈NAAU-ONU。同理,NAWG表示1组AWG节点,每个元素g∈NAWG;NCUDU-OLT表示1组CUDU-OLT节点,每个元素c∈NCUDU-OLT;NMEC表示1组MEC节点,每个元素m∈NMEC,设置n∈{m,c,g,a}。Riska表示第a条AAU-ONU到AWG到CUDU-OLT到MEC链路的整体部署风险概率(包括节点部署风险概率和链路风险部署概率)。
      ε表示基于地形起伏的水下光缆自然曲率增长率,设为1.0%~1.5%。
      CF表示每千米光缆的部署成本,包括挖沟、铺设、人工和光缆成本。Cn表示节点n的部署成本。
      Li,j表示节点i和j间光缆的测量长度。表示节点i和j间光缆的实际部署长度。
        Pi表示节点i的基础功耗。
      Ei,j表示节点i和j间光缆的部署风险概率。En表示部署节点n的风险概率。
      二进制变量,第a条AAU-ONU到AWG到CUDU-OLT到MEC链路中,若部署了节点i和j之间的水下光缆则为1,反之为0。θi二进制变量,如果节点i被占用则为1,反之为0。
