Based on false target jamming theory, ballistic target motion theory in re-entry phase and radar scat. tering characteristics, a concept model of non-power heavy decoy with reference to aerodynamic drag coefficient isproposed. And a kind of accompanying heavy decoy in ballistic missile penetrating re-entry phase, with the samesize, much smaller volume and lighter weight is designed, which combines with the domestic and foreign researchstatus. And in consideration of the effect of warhead resistance coefficient, accompanying in ballistic missiles re-en. try phase is realized by morphological change instead of engine adjustment. Also, a structure of passive radar jam.ming component is established by calculating performance parameters of the core component. At last, the radar scat.tering characteristics of the core jamming components are simulated and experimentally tested, which provides thetheoretical basis and data support for the research onaccompanying heavy decoy in ballistic missile penetrationre-entry phase.

As a new function material, carbon fiber (CF) has wide application prospect in radar passive jam. ming for it’s higher conductivity. A copper coating is electrolessly deposited on the surface of carbon fiber, and thena nickel film is deposited on the surface of the copper coating by means of chemical vapor deposition process. Themorphology and composition of the modified carbon fiber are tested with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ener.gy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The radar cross section (RCS) characteristics of themodified carbon fiber are analyzed by RCS testing system. The results showed that Ni-Cu deposited carbon fiber isuniformly and flatness, which exists in elemental state. The RCS value of the modified carbon fiber is improvedgreatly compared with that of the non-modified carbon fiber and it is close to the theoretical value.

Cinnabar stick sequence checking is one of the most important parts of document formation timechecking technology. As the number of cases involving ink-jet printed documents increases, in order to effectivelysolve the problem that it is difficult to test the sequence of ink in ink-jet printing documents, the principle of thin-film interference is applied to the sequence of ink documents, and exploring a new feature in cinnabar stick se.quence. In view of the printer type, the seal oil type, the seal material, the light and so on, the thin film interferencephenomenon to the ink time sequence influence is sought and the ink time sequence phenomenon formation reasonis analyzed. Through observing the appearance of yellow-green interference fringes under different conditions by mi.croscope examination, a comprehensive comparison and analysis is made. The results show that the thin film inter.ference phenomenon is more obvious in the document which is printed first and then stamped than in the documentwhich is stamped first and then printed. It can be concluded that the thin film interference phenomenon is valuablefor cinnabar stick sequence checking, and can provide reference for the sequence judgment of printing documentsand seals.

The reason for the deviation of the spectrum curve between the theoretical design and the actualpreparation of the short wave pass filter and the correction method are discussed in detail. At first, the high and lowrefractive index materials are selected to design the short wave pass filter system. And then, the actual film systemis prepared. Due to the control error of the coating machine, the actual film preparation thickness deviating from thetheoretical thickness, the actual preparation spectral curve out of tolerance is produced. By using multi angle spec.trum measurement method to measure the preparation results, according to the curve deviation from multi measure.ment results, the film material resulting film thickness deviation, the deviation size and direction are determined. After correcting the film thickness deviation, the short wave pass filter with flat spectral curve is prepared. And theshort wave pass filter film with better spectral performances can avoid the chromatic aberration effect of optical sys.tems.
