The development process of beam scanning technology is reviewed. The characteristics of beam scanning technology of micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) and mechanics-free electrical control modes are analyzed. And the technology advantages of those two technologies are compared synthetically. In high-speed optical communication system, the influence of chromatic dispersion characteristics of the technology on bit error rate of high-speed optical communication system must be considered due to the widely application of beam scanning technology of mechanics-free electrical control mode.

    Measurement and reproduction of object total appearance is one of the important research subjects color vision field. The appearance reproduction research and relative development of reflective object surfaces are discussed. Total appearance description methods are introduced based on bidirectional reflectance distribution function (BRDF) measurement and simulation. Research results of the field in recent years are summarized. Development trends of the field are forecasted finally.

    The problem whether plane system imaging induces astigmation is researched. For the operation surface in plane system is flat, incidence beam is parallel, outgoing beam is parallel, so the astigmation can not be induced. In general, astigmation is not induced during plane system imaging process. According to research, for plane reflecting mirror, homocentric beam reflected by plane mirror is still homocentric and astigmation is not in. duced. But for prism system and parallel plate, ideal imaging can be performed only at the paraxial condition. When off-axis angle is larger, astigmation will be induced and homocentric beam passing prism system and par. allel plate is not homocentric any more.

    In simultaneous phase-shifting interferometry system based on three-bucket algorithm, three CCD cameras of the same characteristics are utilized to pick up the three space interferograms synchronously, so that the space resolution of the interferogram can be improved effectively. One of the multi-CCD-synergy system is selected as the master to associate the sync-signals with the others. A central circuit of sync-signals generation and signal-cooperation is designed by the video sync-signal generator CXD1217Q as the main IC. Meanwhile, a circuit of the drive and distribution of sync-signals is presented by using the video operation amplifier OPA692.

    Abstract:A testing system for phosphor luminous characteristics based on integral sphere is proposed so as to show luminous characteristics of phosphor at actual operation circumstances and measure its luminous characteristics accurately. Blue LED is used as an excited source in the system. TEC temperature control system is used to control the temperature of the source effectively. And continuous and stable excited light is provided to excite phosphor illumining. Energy loss is prevented effectively and testing accuracy is enhanced for the direction of source controlled by a light tube and light ray collected by integral sphere. Based on experiments, spectrum power distributions of phosphor excited by blue light with difference light strength and variation rules of parameters such as luminous efficiency, quantum efficiency and light conversion efficiency are got. With the increasing of driving current, a small blue shift appears in blue light peak wavelength for quantum confined Stark effect in blue light chip. Three kinds of efficiency almost show linear decline trend at low current and then approach to constant at high current. Experimental results show that luminous characteristics of phosphor on real LED chip at operation state can be evaluated effectively by the system and method.

    Optical fields can be bound at sub-wavelength level by surface plasma polaritons (SPPs) and dif. fraction limit can be broken through. SPP is regarded as one of the most hopeful carrier to implement integrated optical devices in nanometer level. A surface plasma waveguide filter with T-shape cavity structure is designed. And its filtering characteristics are analyzed by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The results show that the center wavelength of transmission spectrum can be changed by the changing of length and width of T-shape cavity. Q values of cavities can be adjusted by changing the distances between cavities and coupling waveguide.

    Losses of light reflection of cesium lithium borate (CLBO) crystal with four frequency muliplication at different cutting modes is researched. Optimal Bruset cutting method of antirefelction implemented by laser multiplication frequency crystal is given. For nonlinear crystal, antireflection effect can not be got by the method which is suitable to laser crystal. The reason is that new frequency is not produced when light pass through the laser crystal and ploariztion states of the light are not changed. But new frequency is produced when light pass through nonlinear crystal. The vibration states of new frequency are always different from those of incident light. It is determined by matching conditions of phase and polariztion together. So the method of two pass light surface cutting in parallel at Bruset angle is not suitable to the crystal any more. By analysis, if the crystal is cut by two pass light surface at Bruset angle perpendicular each other, UV light antireflection effect can be got.

    According to terahertz time domain spectroscopy, terahertz (THz) transmission characteristics of metal sub-wavelength slit array structure are researched. The results show that surface plasma wave resonance of metal slit array structure can be excited by THz wave, the super-strong transmission phenomena in THz transmis. sion waveband is produced by the resonance. For surface plasma resonance effect, very high degree of polariza. tion of transmission THz will be produced by the slit structure. The experimental results as benefit references are provided to the production of THz polarization devices.

    Among images observed by systems in starry sky, because stars are far away from the systems, only several pixels in the images and much noise, lots of dim targets with lower signal-to-noise ratio are submerged. So it should be detected effectively during pre-processing so as to reduce false alarm rate of identification and tracking of subsequent targets. Firstly, noise models of the images are analyzed and image background parameters are got by the least squares fitting method. And then through secondary test method, targets are tested coarsely for the first time and pipeline filtering method is used for identification for the second time. So noise is filtered and the target is got. Finally, dim targets in original images are enhanced by energy accumulated method. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective.

    Depth of anesthesia (DOA) monitoring is extremely important in improving the quality of anesthesia, ensuring patient’s safety and rehabilitation in operation. Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal analysis algorithms are reviewed systematically. The application research and development state of these parameters algorithms such as bispectral index scale (BIS), nacrotrend (NT) and cerebral state index (CSI) in DOA monitoring process are introduced. Firstly, the advantages and disadvantages of EEG analysis algorithms of these parameters in clinical application are compared. Secondly, the sort entropy index (SEI) algorithm with excellent de-nosing capability is proposed. And the back propagation (BP) neural network is used to revise and optimize BIS, NT and SEI to implement DOA monitoring more accurately. Finally, the applications in DOA monitoring field are forecasted.

    Flat structure factors are used in traditional morphology detection. In the process, infrared targets are regarded as isolated points without considering imaging characteristics of real, small and weak infrared targets. According to the problem, detection methods for infrared targets based on morphology with girdle structure are designed and traditional Top-Hat algorithm is improved. The improved algorithm is simulated by using real infrared target images. The results show that the algorithm has better suppression action in complex background comparing with traditional morphology methods.

    Based on the geometrical invariability of Hu invariant moment, and taking the characteristics of image invariant moment as an input, an improved error back propagation (BP) neural network for batch training is established. According to Bayesian normalization Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm, the calculation accuracy of error functions is optimized and the network is improved so as to realize the optimized parameter combination. An improved BP neural network object recognition model based on invariant moment is built in MATLAB environment. Experimental results show that accurate target recognition and correct interferential image estimation are implemented with the method.

    In order to enhance images quality of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), a super-resolution de. noising reconstruction method is proposed based on adaptive dual dictionary. In the method, denoising function is used in super-resolution reconstruction process so that the noise in images is filtered effectively as the improve. ment of image resolution. And the integration of super-resolution reconstruction and denoising technology is im. plemented. Clustering-PCA algorithm is used in the method to extract main features of images to construct main-feature dictionary. Training method is used to design self-learning dictionary expressing detailed informa. tion of images. Adaptive dual dictionary constructed by combination of the two dictionaries has good sparseness and adaptability. Experimental results show that super-resolution reconstruction effect is remarkable in the meth. od comparing with other super-resolution algorithms. Peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and mean structure simi. larity (MSSIM) are all improved.

    A high efficient sequential similarity detection algorithm (SSDA) is proposed compared with the traditional mould board matching algorithm. SSDA is improved such as using sequence instead of fixed thresh. old, dot sampling, coarse and fine matching combination so as to increase calculation speed further. Based on this, Visual C++ 6.0 is used to implement the algorithm programming. Experimental results show that the algo. rithm has faster calculation speed and less matching error comparing with traditional algorithm.

    According to the disadvantage of presented automatic optic inspection (AOI) equipments with the weaker image preprocessing function, an image enhancement method of printed circuit board (PCB) based on morphological filtering is proposed. Firstly, the colorful images captured by AOI equipments using the average value rule are grayed. And then the image enhancement is performed using morphological filtering method based on the grayed images. The method is realized using C# programming language under VS2008 development platform finally. Experimental results show that noise points can be removed effectively by the method and the detailed features of the original image are reserved, so good effects are achieved.

The design and selected de. vice type in hardware circuits as well as the theory calculation about software design are introduced in detail. The design requirements such as high accuracy swing mirror control, flatness and stability are realized by the design of the swing mirror controller and have good flexibility and expansibility.

    A real-time audio processing system based on digital signal processor (DSP) is designed. With the interface characteristics of TMS320DM642 and audio CODEC chip TLV320AIC23B, the connection meth. ods of multi-channel audio serial port (McASP) and four pieces of TLV320AIC23B are introduced in detail. And the software implementation methods are given to sample quadruple audio signals simultaneously. The signals are processed by filtering algorithm and processed waveforms are displayed on computers by CCS3.3 at real time. A whole audio signal processing system is completed so that stimulated audio signals can be sampled, fil. tered and replayed.

    A multi-channel temperature testing system based on MSP430 is researched. Temperature changing states of 36 points on a measured object can be measured and stored by the system. And the data can be transmitted through radio in real time. Finally, changing curves of stored temperature are displayed in real time. A multi-channel temperature testing system is designed to solve some problems as followed. The reliabilities of data are ensured by encoding the data. The accuracy of data transmission is ensured by adopting time-sharing transmission data. The continuity and accuracy of data storage are ensured by adopting alternately storage mode with two pieces of FLASH. The data decoding and error data detection are implemented. The data transmission in real time through universal serial bus (USB) interface is implemented and data of temperature testing system is read back.

    A two-dimensional numerical control (NC) X-Y table control system is designed based on STM32 and uC/OS-II. For good real-time capability and stability of the system, embedded STM32F103VET6 is used as a control center. Real-time operating system uC/OS-II is used. Communication modes among tasks are designed. Resources of software and hardware are managed centrally. So the performances of the system are improved. Simple G code input is supported by the design, and the G code is programmed to realize linear and circular interpolation of stepping motors on NC X-Y table. So plane contour processing is finished and real-time capability and stability of NC table processing are further improved.

    In phase measuring profilometry using traditional divergence lighting, for getting the height distribution of measured objects accurately, the mapping relationships between the reference plane coordinates and phase distributions must be calculated and stored in computers in the form of a data table for backup before measurement. The distributions of improved projection fringe are researched, so the stripes projected to the reference surface meet periodicity distribution. The phase distribution on the reference surface is a linear function of the coordinate. So the mapping relations between the reference surface coordinate and phase distributions are not needed to calculate and store in the computer in advance, and the measurement accuracy is improved and experimental apparatus are simplified. Experimental results show that the method is feasible and effective.

    On the basis of considering factors such as the gate of seeker, time stability of guidance and jam. ming laser, time correction of jamming laser optical path difference synthetically and probability density func. tions of guidance and jamming laser, the union probability density functions of guidance and jamming laser are derived. A probability model for jamming laser entering the gate of seeker ahead of guidance laser is built. Through simulation experiment analysis, optimum leading time range is got.
