The basic method of describing the polarization characteristics of atmospheric scattering light is discussed. According to the Rayleigh and Mie scattering theories, transfer Mueller matrix is given to respectively establish the models for the single polarization characteristic of atmosphere molecule and aerosol scattering lights. Meanwhile, through simulating the values calculation, the polarization characteristics of nature light, horizontal linear polarization light and 45°linear polarization light are studied, which are influenced by the atmosphere molecule and aerosol. Lastly, a method of vector transfer equation is given to deal with the polarization problems when the atmospheric scattering light scatters more times.

    According to Mie scattering theory, the single particle scattering characteristics are analyzed and an atmospheric scattering model of 1.06 μm laser is built.Through simulation calculation using the model, the detection direction vs scattering intensity curves in different abaxial distance and the scattering intensity vs abaxial distance curves in various visibilities are obtained. Scattering intensity is not only influenced by meteorological visibility but also by propagation distance. The model is verified with practical tested data, the results show that the tested data accords with the simulated data approximately.

    The design of measuring system based on virtual instrument for object infrared radiation intensity is described in accordance with the radiation source. The components selection and the principle of the compositions such as detector, controller and processor are analyzed. The flow chart of the software is given. The atmospheric permeation rate is calculated by collecting environmental temperature and humidity information in order to extremely control the ambient environment influencing the measured results. The system is capable of measuring various objects infrared radiation intensity with running stability and high accuracy.

    The influence of axis and radial temperature gradients on the deformation of optic window with large aperture is discussed. The optic window deformation with temperature and pressure differences on the both sides is analyzed by ansys program. Zernike polynomial, as an interface tool, connects the ansys program simulated results with the optic design program. In zemax program, the influence of optic window deformations at 12~27℃ on the optic system image quality are analyzed.

    The observational characteristics of sensors in an electro-optic detect system is analyzed, and then some data aligning methods and data aligning process are introduced, that is a major work in multi-sensor data fusion. Weighted data fusion concept and some fusion criterions of an electro-optic detect system with different testing precisions of sensors are investigated. Target-tracking algorithms based on data fusion criterions are given and simulated. The results show that different fusion criterion is selected for the sensor with different testing precisions to accurately forecast target-tracking, consequently the efficiency and accuracy of target tracking is improved.

    The importance of data fusion algorithm of attitude heading for Airborne Electro-Optic Detection is introduced. The basic principium of data fusion algorithm is illuminated, and the processing of the data fusion algorithm is described .According to this algorithm, reference frame should be mainly conversed three times to change the target position coordinate on-image of the sensor into a fiducial reference frame being independent of the aircraft, an exact mathematical expression of reference frame conversion is given. Lastly, the practical demo and data of actual system implementing the data fusion algorithm are presented to validate the data fusion algorithm.

    The factors influencing IR decoy burning continuous time are determined by analyzing the circumstance and operating process of IR decoy. On the basis of treating the parameters of guidance system and carrier relative data, and rationally removing the relative circumstance factors, through the movement model of IR decoy, the distance between airplane and IR Decoy is derived from two ways when the IR decoy executes an effective jamming, finally an simultaneous equation is established to analyze the calculation method of continuous time required to IR Decoy.

    The concept of Shared Risk Link Group (SRLG) is introduced in WDM optical networks, in which the work path and the protection path should be disjointed with SRLG. A new dynamic shared path protection algorithm based on SRLG constraint is proposed,which meets the K pairs services called K-Dynamic Link Weight Configuration (K-DLWC) algorithm. The key function of this algorithm is to make the definitions of two dynamic weights of a link. The algorithm can be used to synthetically cope with some important problems such as SRLG constraints and local optimization in calculating the work path and the protection path.

    The principle of detecting continuous wave laser based on Fabry-Perrot etalon is introduced. Temporal coherence detection technology is applied to discriminate continuous wave laser from background noises and from other non continuous spectrum. The receiving principle of modulating laser source temporal coherence, the property of modulation, the technique structure and the EO information process are put forward, the features of low-high frequencies modulation and the key technology to make continuous wave laser coherent detection are described. Lastly, the development trend and feasibility of laser detection technology are predicted.

    Minimal receivable power of optical receiver is deduced by the means of detecting directly micro-pulsed laser signals, on the base of two statistic concepts: false alarm probabilities and detection probabilities of signal detection theory. The threshold selection has an influences decisively on the detection. Analysis on a practical system indicates that threshold correctly selected can minimize total misjudgment rate in the condition of meeting the system detection demands. At last, the minimal laser energies received with different laser pulse width are compared.

    In order to study the color characteristics of light-emitting diode, the characteristics of blue, green and white LED colors are analyzed. Firstly, the spectral power distribution of blue, green, white LED is respectively measured by using the monochromator, and then on the basis of the theory chroma, the main light source wavelength, color purity, color temperature and color rendering index are calculated. The results show that blue LED and green LED dominant wavelengths change little with different standard light sources, and the color purities are relatively high, at 0.64 and 0.87, respectively, the general color-rendering is very poor for the index of -29 and -14, so these blue and green LED are not suitable to be used as lighting source. White LED dominant wavelength largely change with different standard light sources, and color purity is relatively low, near 0, color rendering is good for the general color-rendering index of 82, so white LED is in full conformance with the lighting requirements.

    Underlay temperature has an effect drastically on conductivity types in CdTe polycrystalline thin films by CVD method. At the underlay temperature of more than 560℃, the CdTe film is p-type, and at an underlay temperature of less than 520℃, the CdTe film is n-type. In some extent, underlay growth temperature is slower, electron strength is more bigger. Using CVD method, the p-type CdTe film is firstly grown at higher temperature and then the n-type CdTe film is grown at lower temperature to form CdTe homo-junction, the p-n diode is developed for the first time. In addition, a p-type CdTe film is deposited at higher temperature, then exposed to air at room temperature for several weeks to form CdO and TeO2 layer. ITO film is finally deposited on the oxide layer for forming n-ITO/i/p-CdTe hetero-junction. Compared to n-ITO/P-CdTe without oxide layer, the efficiency of EO conversion is significantly improved.

    How to use Multi-SerialPorts to communicate in the VxWorks real-time operating systems is introduced. The hardware’s setting options are described. The design points such as initialization of SEM/MSP-8 at the application-layer, the setting of the base address and the connecting interrupt are emphasized. Data sending function and interrupt receiving function are implemented successfully in the multi-serial ports working modes including RS232/RS422. In order to get one-to-several communication, the broadcast in the RS485 mode is adapted to different address. For the purpose of improving stability of transferring, a method of analyzing single data frame of transferring protocol in the single character equipment is put forward. At last, it points out how and why to use watchdog at VxWorks for timing.

    The design of Ethernet interface circuit in the Embedded system based on ARM processor LPC2294 is expatiated. Through studying the current hot technology in the domain of Embedded technology,the exploitation and application of the Ethernet technology on the Embedded system are realized. The involved technologies include such as the hardware design of ARM processor, the interface circuitry design of LPC2294 and the Ethernet controller RTL8019AS, UDP protocol of Ethernet transport layer, software design flow of TCP/TP, and the process of system communications debugging are introduced. The ARM processor is connected with RTL8019AS via exterior data bus to have excellent real time and dependability,and the Ethernet function of Embedded system is implemented.

    The adaptive circuit of mercury capacitance acceleration transducer is introduced. The application background of micro capacitance measurement circuits and their development now in our country and foreign countries are described. Aimed at the work principle of mercury capacitance acceleration transducer, the selection of scheme adaptive circuit is established. Therefore, PS021’s characteristic, function and principle of work are introduced. The micro capacitance measurement module designed based on PS021 chip by the method of system design can measure micro high precision capacitance, so it has a good application prospect.

    In view of the problem caused by high-frame rate image sensor to analog-to-digital converter of video image, video image preprocessing circuits are designed. Through several important links, such as impedance matching, video buffer amplifier, video DC restoration, synchronous separation, synchronous clipping, low-pass filtering, DC adjustment and driver, these circuits eliminate all kinds of noise signals produced during gathering images, and adjust analog video image to the dynamic range required by analog-to-digital converter. Experimental results show that the images preprocessed in these circuits have advantages of short time delay, good quality, high SNR, better clarity and stability.

    A multi-level menu modularization programming method based on single-chip microcomputer system is introduced. The method classified the menu program as a menu module and a common keyboard management so as to have the menu with a common modularization structure, easy for the menu to load and unload, to enhance the C51-language design of human-computer interface in single-chip microcomputer system, and to make software structure clear, easy for maintenance.

    The embedded visible-light video image identification system is designed using ADV7181&ADV7171 for digital video encoder/decoder based on TMS320DM642. The selected version of digital video encoder/decoder is emphatically analyzed in the comparative method, to expand the choice range of the digital video encoder/decoder of similar video systems. The architecture of this system and its function modules are analyzed.The problems occurred in the practice design and implementation process are studied and some solutions are given, and the schematic diagrams for the main parts are also given out. Lastly, it points out the possible improvements and the application foreground of the system.

    As one significant aspect of SAR development, simulation of SAR echo signal has an important practical sense in theory and project in aspects of system design and imaging algorithm verification. The component of raw signal simulation system is shown. Then, according to the time domain signal model, the echo of SAR is simulated. The perfect echo data of spot target is generated, and then the images of the spot target processed with the R-D algorithm are used to verify the feasibility of processing program.

    Four color fusion images are subjectively and objectively evaluated. The images are obtained from the simple color fusions based on enhanced treatment and HSV transform, human visual characteristics and YIQ transform. In the Subjective evaluation test, the visible image, medium-wave image and long-wave image in the same scene are processed according to different algorithms. The results are used to analyze comparatively statistically the histograms. In the objective evaluation test, the images are compared through ways of YIQ transform and averaging, and then the fusion results are compared using directly contrast degree of R channel, rough degree of G channel and entropy of B channel. Conclusion is that the combination of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation can effectively evaluate the color fusion images.

    In order to reduce the computational quantity of the processing of the LFM signal in fractional Fourier domain and to meet the real-time request, a new nonuniformly sampling method is proposed. Compared to traditional nonuniformly sampling method, this method solves the problem of redundant data due to over-sampling in the whole sampling period, and eliminates the partial redundance caused by signal time-variant feature. In the end, the spectrum expression of nonuniformly sampled LFM signal in the fractional Fourier domain is derived, and the detection probability of the signal in the case of different SNR is studied. The results show that the method proposed is able to resist noise.
