Abstract submission deadline

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I cordially invite all the great scientists, academicians, young researchers, business delegates, and students from all over the world to attend the 19th International Meeting on Chemical Sensors from Aug 5-8, 2023, at Changchun, China.

The International Meeting on Chemical Sensors (IMCS)–held every two years–is the world’s largest interdisciplinary forum for all aspects of chemical sensors and has developed into the most prestigious conference in this scientific area. The global conference aims to provide an international platform for scholars, scientists, engineers, and students to present and discuss the latest research, bring novel insights and inspire new ideas on functional materials and sensors technologies.

As we have seen, the omicron variant of Covid-19 is ravaging the world; in order to reduce the risk of epidemic spread and protect the health and vital interests of all the delegates, and provide access for those who cannot be there in person, the 19th IMCS has to be planned in the way of combining offline and online. The topics of the conference genuinely reflect the current trends, recent advances, and new approaches in the field of Chemical and Biochemical Sensors, ranging from sensing mechanism analysis based on theoretical calculations to sensing materials design, from solid-state gas sensors to new-generation sensor/transducer technologies, from silicon-based rigid sensors to flexible and wearable sensors devices, from conventional safety and environmental monitoring to sensors systems aiming at healthcare based on intelligent data processing. We are indeed in a time of great innovation in Chemical Sensors, so come and enjoy the research and report your results!

All conference sessions will be held in the “Dingxin” building of the Jilin University, a national key comprehensive university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education in China. It is located in Changchun - - capacity of Jilin Province - - is charming with several acceptable names, giving you a general impression of this big city. Motor City, Film city, High-speed city, Forest city, and Sculpture city. Furthermore, we will also do our best to include Chinese treats and specialties in the social program.

We look forward to an extraordinary meeting with brilliant scientists from different countries worldwide and sharing epochal and exciting results in IMCS.I wish you all a fruitful conference, and I will see you soon in Changchun, China!

Yours Sincerely

Geyu Lu
