A New CNC Model Used for Laser Drilling on Diamond
In this paper, a new CNCmodel called “conicalpeeling” is proposed.An adaptative control system and a Nd-YAG laser processing-machine have been developed.With this way, a tapered millipore (φ≤0.005 mm) has been made on natural diamond.
