Research on a Disc Piezoelectric Filter
A disc-shaped piezoelectric filter is developed in this work. The physical model of the filter is analyzed theoretically and the ANSYS finite element simulation is carried out. The relationship between the input and output frequency is determined through experiment. The disc-shaped piezoelectric filter is tested on a self-designed experimental platform. The results show that the disc-piezoelectric filter can filter out signals with different frequencies according to different frequency requirements, and do not generate other harmonics. It shows that the fabricated disc-piezoelectric filter has good filtering characteristics.
