    A rapid scanning autoeorrelator suitable for measuring the duration of femtosecond laser pulses in real-time is described. The autocorrelator consists of an audio loud-speaker, an oscilloscope and an electronic controller. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy alignment and low cost
