Nd:YAG slab laser with average output power of 200 W
A pulsed Nd:YAG slab laser with a zigzag optical path is described. The maximum average output power is 230W at 50pps repetition rate and about 10kW input power. The thermal distortion is compensated with zigzag optical path in Nd:YAG slap, therefore, the output beam divergence is improved, being about 3×4 mrad.
