Saturation effects and optimum output coupling in high gain lasers
The laser output characteristics were calculated at various small signal gains and net absorption coefficients for both homogeneously broadened and inhomogeneously broadened high gain medium. The saturation effects and the optimum output coupling iu high gain lasers were discussed.
