Inspection of Platinum Inclusions in Nd-doped Phosphate Laser Glass──Copper vapour laser(CVL)scattering method
Based on the principle of high-light ultra-microscopy inspection of platinum inclusions in Nd-doped phosphate laser glass was made by means of copper vapour laser (CVL) scattering. Comparing with laser damage-testing method, it was found that the two results are in good agreement.
