Line Segment Interval Analysis in Case of Exophoria Patients
The prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents is very important and urgent now. Exophoria is a common binocular vision abnormality in myopia patients and patients must use the positive image convergence and dispersion compensation for a long time in order to maintain binocular vision, so it is easy to cause visual fatigue or visual tension, resulting in the deepening of myopia diopter in children and adolescents, which has seriously affected the visual health of children and adolescents. In recent years, the examination and diagnosis of binocular visual function in children and adolescents has been paid more and more attention. Based on the Sheard rule and the Percival rule, visual training plan or reasonable palliative prism diopter were determined by using line segment interval analysis method and the visual function parameters of adolescent patients with exophoria, and to develop personalized treatment plan for patients.
