Design of an Automated Thermal Control System with Multi-Source Energy Recovery

    This study aims to develop an IoT-based thermal automation control system with multi-source energy recovery capabilities. By integrating functional modules including data acquisition,thermal energy recovery,automated control,and fault diagnosis,the system achieves high-efficiency energy utilization and intelligent management. The hardware architecture incorporates key components such as the main control chip,power supply module,communication module,and data acquisition module. Comprehensive functional testing,performance evaluation,and reliability verification demonstrate that the system significantly improves heat recovery efficiency while maintaining stable automated control.
