Microwave Effective Refractive Index of Wave-guide Electrooptic Modulators――Microwave Refractive Index of Device
By using the point-match method, the microwave effective refractive index is calculated. The concept of microwave refractive index of device is proposed. Using this theory, 100 GHz modulation bandwidth can be achieved when optical and electric signals match each other.
