In hotel projects, the design and construction of HVAC systems are very complex and crucial. To maximize the effectiveness of HVAC systems during building operation, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of design and construction. In the hotel project, based on the basic system situation and characteristics and difficulties of HVAC, the practical application of BIM technology in its design and construction process was emphasized, which helped the project to be implemented smoothly and improved the engineering quality. Finally, a summary and analysis were conducted on its application process, examining the effectiveness of BIM technology application and providing reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
