Theoretical investigation of selective excitation of protein components-aromatic amino acids with two-photon absorption based on HMO model
The molecular orbital of the tryptophan and tyrosine is calculated from their molecular structure based on the HMO model and the mechanism of the selective excitation with the two-photon absorption is analysed.
