Exploration and Optimization of Glass Water Resistance and Formula Composition Based on GFDA-SYSTEM

    In the field of pharmaceutical and food packaging, glass materials must have excellent water resistance to ensure that they do not endanger human health and safety due to increased alkali metal leaching from the inner wall. Using the glass formula design and adjustment system(GFDA-SYSTEM) fitting algorithm, this study investigated the influence of alkali metal oxides, alkaline earth metal oxides, and high-valence metal oxides on the leaching of Na2O from glass across various formulation adjustment ways, providing quantitative evidence for formulation design. Moreover, in the practice of adjusting formulations, attention was paid to the associated problems caused by the water resistance debugging technology. A holistic concept of prevention and control closed-loop systematization and formulation debugging systematization was established, providing practical guidance for debugging formulations and optimizing the water resistance and continuous stability of glass.
