Icing on the wings is an important potential danger for flight safety, the study of anti-de-icing is of great significance for the evaluation of aircraft power performance, safety assessment, etc.,thus the accurate measurement of the icing profile is the basis for the study of icing on the wings. Different from ordinary objects, the ice has more complex reflectivity, and the stray light of ice surface is more serious. The traditional method is difficult to accurately extract the centerline of the ice surface. Therefore,to solve the problem of stray light on the ice surface,a high-accuracy measurement method of ice shape with complex reflectance based on polarization imaging technique by using the polarization property is proposed. The original images captured by the polarization camera are separated and interpolated, and the maximal eigenvalues and their eigenvectors are selected pixel by pixel, fused into the optimal polarization information. Then the laser centerline based on Steger's algorithm to realize the 3D reconstruction of the ice shape is extracted. The experimental results show that the standard deviation of the measurement error is 0.123 7 mm for the flat plate-shaped ice surface, and the proposed method is able to effectively reconstruct the three-dimensional shape of the ice shape with complex reflectivity.
