    Taking a transverse flow electrically excited CO2 laser as an example, the changing role of batput power and:activation feature with the flow velocity of the melium have been studied by means of physical mechanics, together "with the microdynamic inechanism concerning the change of energy transfer among energy levels in nonequilibrium flow laser medium.
