Abstract Get PDF(in Chinese)

In this paper, the intensity distribution function of Pinhole Array diffraction of monochromatic light illuminating in Fraunhofer approximation is exactly calculated. Some new results are given, and the applicable condition of Pinhole Array far-field diffraction is described.
