Test method for corrosion resistance of fire-resistant materials

    High temperature resistance is one of the environmental adaptability requirements for equipment in the field of aviation rescue. With the improvement of the requirements for the protective safety technical performance in the aviation lifesaving field, fire-resistant materials were widely used in equipment and products such as pilots' individual protective lifesaving equipment, military parachutes and air-dropping parachutes. While fire-resistant materials (especially those finished with fire-resistant) improved the combustion safety of materials, they also brought about adverse effects such as the corrosion of metal parts by fire-resistant. The cause analysis was carried out for the problem of metal parts corrosion occurring in the use process of fire-resistant materials. Starting from the perspective of prevention, the test design on the metal corrosion resistance of fire-resistant materials was carried out, the test verification was conducted and the enterprise standard was formed, thus filling the gaps in relevant research at home and abroad.
