Design of soft X-ray laser reflective output multilayer mirror using an asymptotic theory
The asymptotic theory of diffraction gratings in the scalar domain is used to design the soft X-ray laser reflective output multilayer mirror, whose diffractive characters are analysed. The factors affecting the output efficiency are also analysed and discussed.
