Experimental research on laser welding of 1 mm steel sheet
Good results are obtained in welding 0.8～1.0 mm galvanized and low-carbon steel sheet with laser. The tensile property of the welded sheet surpassed that of the base material. The average value of cupping test is 87% of the base material.
