Design of New Double-channel Regenerator End Flame Glass Furnace

    The new double-channel regenerator end flame glass furnace effectively addressed the energy-saving and production expansion challenges faced by glass factories in the narrow factory areas. The chimney was placed on the top of the second regenerator chamber, and the lower part of the chimney was designed into a venturi tube shape, with an ejector air tube installed inside. The high-speed airflow from the ejector fan created a suction force root of the chimney through the venturi tube, carring the wrapped flue gas out of the chimney. This design provided a solution for energy-saving transformation and production expansion of many glass factories with limited plant areas.
