A Method for Measuring Ultra-low Loss of an Optical Cavity
This Paper introduces a method for measurinS a cavity toeal ion by measuring theintensity decay time of an optical cavity, and the resolution allows the measurement of up to ～10 -6 of ultra-low loss.
