Guided by experimental teaching combined with the requirements of easy availability of experimental materials, clear experimental process, stable experimental results, and short experimental time, the experimental teaching design for identification of protein ligand interaction by non-variable property spectrum technology is constructed by means of experimental process optimization, core consumables homemade, dynamic evaluation system construction, etc., to solve the difficulties in applications of large instruments and equipment in experimental teaching. Through the introduction of the latest experimental techniques in the professional hot fields, the designed experimental project is conductive to broadening student’s horizon, which enhances their professional identity, and improves their core major quality.
