Evaluation of Storage Life of Acceleration Switch Based on Accelerated Degradation Model

    The storage life is one of the important assessment indicators for products with long service life and high reliability. In order to evaluate the storage life of a certain type of acceleration switch, the degradation process of acceleration switch was studied by using the constant stress acceleration test method with temperature stress four orders of magnitude. The reliability model was established by combining the Arrhenius acceleration model with the drift-Brownian motion. Finally, the maximum likelihood estimation and least square method were used to fit and analyze the experimental data. The results showed that the equivalent storage life of the acceleration switch was up to 33 years under the acceleration magnitude of 100 ℃, which met the requirements of effective storage life of the product.
