Growth and spectra of K3Nd(PO4)2 laser crystals
Crystals of K3Nd(PO4)2 and K3NdxLa1-x(PO4)2 have been grown from KF-KCl melt. Chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction pattern proved the constitution of the crystals to be K3Nd(PO4)2. Their infrared, absorption, fluorescene spectra and fluorescence lifetime have been determined.
