A metal-tellurene-metal terahertz photodetector, and realized optical detection under millimeter wave-terahertz wave are fabricated. The results show that the terahertz photodetector based on logarithmic antenna tellurene has a high optical responsivity (40 mA/W, 0.12 THz) under zero bias, a response time of 8 μs, and a noise equivalent power (NEP) of 4 pW·Hz-0.5. This research results provide a new development path for high-performance room temperature terahertz optical detection.
