Comparison of the Two Optical Scanning Paths in a Laser Pulse Forming System by a Pair of Electro-optic Deflectors
In this paper, we compare the two optical scanning paths which have been used in the forming of the laser pulse, and discuss their advantages and disadvantages. A method is presented to evaluate the restoring accuracy of the scan-line of the laser pulse which will find an important application in the exprimental work of the "SHENGUANG Ⅱ" upgrading system.
